Shipping and Handling

In stock items ship within 7 days of our receiving the order.

If your order is back-ordered (out of stock) due to unforeseen demand, you will be notified via email with an approximate shipping date and given the option to cancel or change your order. If you choose to cancel your order, you will be issued a full refund to the account from which it was charged.

All orders are shipped via UPS ground service.

Customers can choose expedited delivery for an additional fee.

Shipping charges are based on the weight of the order and the zip code that it is being shipped to. A $2.50 packaging and handling fee is also added.


Return/Refund

All of Dragonfly Sugarworks products are unconditionally guaranteed. If you ever have a problem or concern regarding our maple syrup or other products, please contact us and we will either replace the product at our expense or offer a complete refund.
